Chris and his team did a great job at removing some hurdles and keeping me informed of every step of the process. We are so happy in our new home, and the sale of our old home went pretty quickly. I believe we had Cris show us the property that we bought about 5 times before the entire family (including the grandson) voted yes. Now my wife and I drink our morning coffee looking out at the bay!!!
