We were selling a home in New Jersey while living in California, and Joe was excellent with communication. He was extremely informative and was essential for coordinating with handymen and inspections. Once we were under contract, Mary was also extremely communicative and kept us up to date along the way. If we were ever selling a property in New Jersey, we wouldn't hesitate to go back to the Ferzoco Group!
