We absolutely love working with Dr. Austin, Camille and their amazing staff! The fertility journey is not the easiest journey sometimes but the support they provide is exactly what we needed to keep going. We are able to have the family of our dreams because of this team. My provider is great. However, the front desk, telephone systems, and portal leave quite a bit to be desired, which impacts my care and communication with my provider. The front desk never answers the phone, the telephone automated system loops and then disconnects the call, and even though the automated system mentions "for faster results, communicate with your provider through the portal," I still do not get timely feedback ( > a week to respond).
