They milked my hog so aggressively yet with a gentle sense of professionalism that I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend.
Have been going for almost a year now. Communication is lacking, you have to call about twice on average to get a call back on anything other than day 1 cycle info. We had to dig for more info, nothing was just offered up about options, what things mean, what the next steps might be etc. . We have to call multiple times to receive info about tests etc. They never call us with those results. The people in the office are nice. And the nurse practitioners are usually great. We are going to add our voices to the resounding praise echoing off Google's walls here, at the risk of repetition. At age 46, and saddled with a nasty autoimmune disease, my husband & I didn't think it would be possible to acheive our every hope & dream, but we were willing to cradle the candle of hope til the last flicker, and not give in unless that flicker guttered out completely. First off if I could give Zero Stars I would. We have been treated so poorly by this clinic a few years ago, and people are right Kris is wonderful but Tasha needs to go she is so rude and pushy. There is another nurse in the clinic that is pushy as well. I won't go too much into our experience as we are considering filing a lawsuit against them. We are a Married Interracial Lesbian Couple and I feel they let their personal bias get in the way and we saw a good rating at the time and went here big mistake. I don't recommend ... read more
