My provider is great. However, the front desk, telephone systems, and portal leave quite a bit to be desired, which impacts my care and communication with my provider. The front desk never answers the phone, the telephone automated system loops and then disconnects the call, and even though the automated system mentions "for faster results, communicate with your provider through the portal," I still do not get timely feedback ( > a week to respond).
