They sounded legit at first, but once my husband and I filled out paperwork, which took some time and there were some things we didn't quite understand, but no one would answer our calls, so we were left in the dark. NP Camille McGregor should truly be fired and choose a profession where she doesn’t interact with humans. She finds it completely acceptable to berate a potential surrogate and say things like the potential surrogate should quit immediately because her lining is trash and she’s not surprised she has had two failed transfers.

Have been calling for a couple weeks to get new patient paperwork started after my clinic sent a referral with no call back despite voicemail saying they will call back within 48hrs.

Absolutely unacceptable experience thus far. We have been trying to schedule a new patient appointment since 2/17. After submitting all required paperwork, which took three weeks just for them to process, we are now six weeks out with no appointment scheduled, no communication, and not even a courtesy phone call. For a practice that works with individuals and couples trying to conceive, this level of delay and lack of responsiveness is beyond frustrating—it’s harmful.
