Always a great experience, despite the circumstances of needing to be there. Everyone is always positive and helpful.
I’ve had an outstanding experience with this IVF center. From the very beginning, their team has been incredibly quick, responsive, and supportive. Any time I had a question or concern, someone got back to me right away. This made the entire process feel so much less overwhelming.
The Fertility Center staff in Kalamazoo are absolutely phenomenal. Erica has laughed, cried, and been there for me through our journey. It means more to me than I can say. Amanda always offers a friendly smile and makes me feel welcome when I come in. Ashley and Laurel have been great with each interaction and helped calm my nerves with each scan. I am so thankful to the staff, Shana and to Dr. Bjorkman who has truly helped our family. Thank you all, you are very loved!
