I have to add my voice to the list of dissatisfied clients of FMG. I had rented our clubhouse for a major family event and they couldn't even get the AC to function properly. They made no attempt to fix the problem. Wish I could get my board to get rid of them.
Very bad management company. Robert ferrara is incompetent and dismissive. This organization is a travesty and deserve negative stars. They are one of a kind bad.
There is a tree too close to my house. The tree is about 3 feet away and is now higher than the roof. I have been asking for it to be removed for years. On August 9th, one employee of FMG sent an email stating "We are getting estimates for the tree removal and once received will be removing the tree. This management group is a complete joke, who over and over again have proved they do not give a damn about the wellbeing of the residents of their properties. I'd advise that anyone looking to buy or rent in any of the buildings managed by this group look elsewhere. I was in the process of buying one of the condos in White Plains they manage. The seller had accepted my bid and I had the inspection done. I received slow, incorrect information regarding important buyer questions. I was given the wrong information about what internet is provided and wrong information about street parking. The assistant property manage, Sean Paul, did not have a clue. He couldn't answer most of my questions over the phone and emailed wrong responses the next day.
