Terrible company to work with. Thankfully we got all our money back and went with a company that will complete a job on time and without issue after issue.
We got introduced to Peerless Fence through Home Depot and I couldn't be happier! They were the best price from 5 different companies, Kyle was very friendly and knowledgeable, he gave us very insightful recommendations and personalized solutions. The whole application process was smooth and stress-free. We asked around 100 questions and he patiently answered every single one of them. I also appreciate the 1 year warranty. I highly recommend!
The crew was excellent. Armando and his team did a fantastic job. Sales was also great and explained everything. My only complaint was the back office was not so great with coordinating and responding in a timely manner. A two day job starting on Thursday before memorial day was not finished until 3 weeks after. My wife and I left multiple voicemails with no reply until 2 weeks after the job started. BEWARE. Heed the warnings of all the terrible reviews. Peerless fence applied for a permit in 2021 for a fence I purchased from them. They never paid for the permit! Now as the new homeowner The Village is charging me $750.00 for unpaid permit plus fines. Village will not give me roof permit til I pay for fence.
