They admitted they didn't do the job correctly. Came back and tried to fix half of the work, ignored us for the rest of the work. Allen, Matt and their crew did a fantastic job with our fence installation. They came by to review the area we wanted the fence, provided a clear explanation of the work and options as well as prompt and competetive pricing. Following the visit they kept us updated on the status of scheduling the work and showed up even earlier than anticipated to perform the installation. After reading great reviews, I called Allen for a fence repair/rebuild. He was pleasant on the phone and promised to stop by the property that same week to provide a quote and that his son could stain the fence for us if we'd need - a service which they typically do not offer. I even asked him directly to let me know if the job wasn’t for him instead of ghosting me—he assured me he always follows up and communicates with clients. I had a great experience working with these two guys! This is actually the second time I’ve hired them! They did my back fence last year, and did such a great job that I didn’t hesitate to call them again. They did an excellent job building the fence — solid workmanship, attention to detail, and very professional. They were reliable, friendly, and easy to communicate with.
