I came here hoping to get a premium haircut experience for my son (16) and was willing to pay the higher price, but unfortunately Kaylie was behind and rushed through my son’s haircut. The service is supposed to include shampoo and scalp massage, hot towel, & straight razor neckline, but my son received none of those. She also didn’t show him the back of his hair to make sure it was done correctly (which it wasn’t) and we left with a haircut that we could have gotten at a much cheaper price somewhere else. My son went and got a young fellas cut here with Nick. My son can be very particular with his haircuts but Nick was so amazing and made sure he left loving his haircut and style. Thanks for always being our go to barber! We’ve always loved the Orem or Lindon locations, both have been great!

This was my first time going in. The shop itself is well maintained and comfortable to relax in while waiting. I was able to schedule an appointment just a day in advance making the whole process seem very efficient and quick. Sara Bishop was the stylist that cut my hair and she did a wonderful job walking me through the whole cut. She asked for my preferences on specific lengths in different areas and also told me how it will look as it grows out.
