This store has an awesome vibe the minute you step in! I’ve been going to Kiana for a while now, and she’s super kind, easy to talk to, and makes every appointment a good experience. on top of all that she always delivers exactly what I ask for.
I went to the barbershop and asked for a mid-taper fade with some texture. I showed the stylist a reference photo, hoping they would replicate the look, but it was a huge disappointment. The haircut turned out to be an absolute disaster: they left bangs in the front, the fade was completely disconnected, and the hair in the middle was left standing straight up, like a cone. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this place for a fade.
Hands down the worst place I have ever been to barber wise, I came in with pretty long hair. I just needed maybe a 2/4 of the top and a 1/4 off the sides, I showed the lady a picture of exactly what I wanted and she gave me a run down and asked to see the picture one more time. Next thing you know all my hair is gone, my hair is no where near what I asked for nor close to the picture. I’m not from Utah so I googled the best rated place and this was the top rated. I would not advise anyone to come here what so ever.

Jay was amazing!!!!!!! I had a haircut in Springville fellas earlier this week and ended up with butcher job that was not close to my picture. My confidence, self esteem went to a 0 due to being a cancer patient and being treated horrible. I went to Jay and he was amazing at getting creative to help me figure out how to look sexy and fix my style. My confidence and self esteem is at a 10 tonight. Highly recommend him. His dedication, listening and empathy is rare to find in Utah..
