It’s time I share my experience here! In 4 days I will leave this place and never look back! I have held back from fear of retaliation but at this point, eh! TLDR: This is the only apartment complex I have ever lived in that I felt the need to contact an attorney regarding managements failure to maintain habitable living conditions. And the retaliation I faced by writing this review. My boyfriend and I have been looking for apartments recently and we decided to tour The Felix. I made an appointment for 10am which is when they open on Saturdays. We arrived early at the leasing office and there was a sign that said out on property be back at 10:15am. We waited till 10:15am and no one showed up. We decided to wait till 10:30am to see if they would show up, and they never did. This was very disappointing because my boyfriend and I were very excited about touring these apartments.
EDIT: 5/11/2025 Still very happy at the Felix. I do have one concern, and I feel like I'm getting the run around on it. When I moved in 6 months ago, I was told the call boxes in the building entrances were being replaced, so we would be able to buzz visitors into the building. That has not happened. Another resident told me they were told the same thing, 2 years ago, and nothing has changed. Doors are constantly being propped open, which creates security risks.
