Great team and staff. The leasing office (Tanisha) and maintenance staff are very attentive. :) They do a great job, plus I enjoy the amenities, washer and dryer in the unit, which makes life easier.
People don’t pick up there trash at all and people here are not mindful of others and they like to stomp up and down the stairs and in their apartment and wake up other people’s children, definitely not a place you want to live if you like you’re quiet.
It’s time I share my experience here! In 4 days I will leave this place and never look back! I have held back from fear of retaliation but at this point, eh! I can attest to every terrible review this place has!! They are 100% correct! The Felix has been terrible since the day I moved in! I moved in to an apartment that was NOT move in ready! TLDR: This is the only apartment complex I have ever lived in that I felt the need to contact an attorney regarding managements failure to maintain habitable living conditions. And the retaliation I faced by writing this review.
