We recently had the pleasure of bringing Chef Alessandra into our home for a surprise 50th BDay dinner. She did not disappoint! The food was delicious and everyone had an wonderful evening. It was a great customer experience from start (menu planning and coordination) to finish (day of and meal service). We highly recommend her services and food:)
Chef Alessandra is the absolute best. My husband and I got married out in Middleburg and had a very intimate wedding of immediate family only (11 people). This was a four day celebration and we knew we wanted to have a chef come in for those days to alleviate the pressure of having to cook, clean, grocery shop etc. I did a lot of research. Working with Chef Alessandra was so easy. We communicated many times via email before my event. Alessandra and her team arrived promptly, about two hours before the event, and made recommendations regarding the positioning of the bar and an extra table. They then got to work preparing delectable appetizers for the party and pulled it off without a hitch! Alessandra catered for an event at my home. The quality of the food and the service was excellent. She researched dishes and tailored them to suit my requests. Highly recommended!
Our event could not have been better. Chef Alessandra is highly skilled, the food and service were fabulous and the care she and her assistant, Michelle, gave us was amazing. All great and highly recommended!!
