David and everyone else associated with this loan process provided outstanding service. I was surprised at the title cost and how it differed from the estimate, but we worked though it and came up with a good solution. Communication with everyone was excellent. The terms of the loan were excellent. I have already recommended The Federal Savings Bank and David to others and will continue to in the future.
