A group of some of the most incompetent people you'll ever work with. DO NOT do business with these people. They will charge you ridiculous fees and rates and then if anything goes wrong (which almost certainly something will ...) they will blame it on you.Especially *******************. He never does anything wrong and has an excuse for almost everything that happens why it isn't his fault. Stay away from this bank.

The lending team was helpful and kept me in the loop from start to finish

We had our home mortgage financed by the Federal Savings Bank out of ******* and it was all smooth until we sent in our first payment by Priority Mail with a tracking number that we could track just in case they later said they didnt get it and Guess What ? Thats exactly what they said and its been 3 weeks now and the payment still hasnt posted.They found the check after the ************** verified it had been delivered to their building and the time they received it.If we didnt get a tracking number they wouldnt have owned ... read more
