Well I don't think there is enough space for me to leave all the information I really need to say. Let's just say my mortgage lender has zero information every time I talk to him and for months now has said "we should know something by the end of the week". Our builder took their final draw 3 months ago!! They still can't figure out my final price! I wouldn't recommend them to finance a dog house.

I highly recommend doing your research when seeking a financial institution for a mortgage. This institution started off great with explaining information, however failed to provide the PERTINENT information. The behavior in which they relay information comes across predatory to Veterans. Next when you complete your loan application they sell your information to third party entities that will spam your phone with calls, texts, and emails. Phenomenal communication with us and our realtor from start to finish. I’m greatly appreciative that they were able to beat the rates of the lender I was originally going to work with too. I went into the homebuying process expecting to pay a lot more in closing costs than what I ended up paying. We closed on time and it was an incredibly smooth process. Thank you Alex & Andre!
This is probably the worst place to go to when trying to secure a new home. Was extremely rude to my sister and mother—who are first time home buyers—and spoke down to them. We are of latino descent, and so was the person we were working with, but he seemed as if his position gave him power and superiority over us and the entire process. When I spoke to him—I’m an Ivy League graduate—his whole persona changed, and tried his best to appeal to my needs.
