This was my 3rd experience with a refi and my FIRST experience dealing with a professional team who followed through on what they said they would do. The regular communication about the process from my banker, Rudy Soto, went a long way in instilling confidence in both the process and working with a banker which was very different from my previous experiences. Rudy and his team kept in touch with me and the process was completed fairly quickly in less than 4 weeks - and that was only because it took me 2 weeks to get an appraisal. My previous refi's required no appraisal and no cash out, took 2 months and 3 months, respectively...frustrating to say the least when I was told it would take 30 days. Rudy responded quickly to my questions which I greatly appreciated. I'm very pleased with my experience with The Federal Savings Bank.

I had the pleasure of having Randall Baume assist me with a re-fi a few years ago while he was with Loan Depot. He did a wonderful job then and he has done a wonderful job once again as a representative of Federal Savings Bank. I have already recommended him to others. He's an absolute professional and a pleasure to work with.
