We had to book our room very last minute, around midnight, and the front desk staff was accommodating and helpful. The hotel is beautiful, with so many stylish and thoughtful details. If you appreciate aesthetics and beautiful interiors, this place is definitely for you!

Really disappointed with this hotel. I booked a one-night stay the day before my arrival, but unfortunately, I had a true emergency and was unable to make the trip. Given the circumstances—and the fact that I had already paid $304 for the night—I hoped the hotel would show some understanding or compassion. Instead, I was told not only that my payment would not be refunded, but that I would also be charged a no-show fee. Feel like I’m in Maine from the architecture and decorating. Handy and well-stocked little “market” in the lobby—gluten-free options, drinks, ice cream, cereal, bars, popcorn and chips. Convenient parking. Pleasant lobby that feels cozy and welcoming. Rooms large and very clean with lots of touches to make the traveler comfortable. Beds could be replaced—sagging and found I had to sleep in the middle—thankfully, have my own bed.
