In the words of my groom: over-promise, under-deliver. We were really looking forward to having our wedding there, and then about 3 days before, it all started falling apart. Over our 7-month engagement, we worked with four different people, and it felt like we got different stories (parking, wheelchair lift, etc) from each one. Five months later, some of it is still frustrating to think about. However, it was BEAUTIFUL, and our guests had a wonderful time.

Fabulous place for wedding. Excellent but not pricy.
The event coordinator didn't want to stay at the venue to help with handicapped guests, so she called and asked the bride 15 minutes before the wedding if she could find someone else to do it. Our guests in walkers had to use the stairs, it was embarrassing and cruel. The microphone didn't work for the toasts, and the speakers crackled when music was played. When I talked to the cordinater about all this, and asked why she wasn't on site to answer questions, she blamed everything on the bride. Worst experience ever.
This was by far the most beautiful location we looked at. As soon as we walked in my husband lit up, and then so did our guests on our wedding day! Like everyone else said, it really does not take much to decorate the room and it still looks amazing. September was amazing and soooo patient in answering my millions of questions, it was nice to have someone who truly knew her industry to talk to. I would recommend this place to anyone who was getting married or doing a large event!
The Feather Ballroom is the most perfect, simply beautiful venue! Thank you so much September for all your help in making our wedding night so perfect! This night just wouldn't have been as amazing as it was if it wasn't at the ballroom! ❤️
