Rob (Rubaid) was amazing! I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. From the beginning, he was someone I felt I could truly trust. He listened to my needs, genuinely cared about what was important to me, and never made me feel pressured or rushed. Buying a home can be a difficult and stressful process, but he made everything so much easier. He was patient, responsive, knowledgeable, and always there when I needed him. I always felt like he had my best interests in mind. I’m incredibly grateful for all of his help and would... read more
Rob helped us sell our first and second home! Each were dramatically different circumstances with unique challenges, but Rob knew what to do and say each time. From personal advice to real estate advice, we are lucky to have had his support. You won’t regret using Rob and the rest of the Fazzini group!
We recommend The Fazzini group very highly. We had the most wonderful experience with all we have worked with. Mark, Deanna and Charlene were always helpful and patient with us in the process of the purchase of our new home with all of our questions. Many thanks go out to all we have worked with at The Fazzini Group. We recommend Mark and his team most highly.
Doug Crossland and the team at the Fazzini Group were superb and delivered excellent customer service. He took his time and we were not rushed in any way when viewing homes. Doug went above and beyond our expectations. He fought for us during the inspection process, recommended reputable contractors and was patient as we shopped for lenders getting the best rate. Closing was a breeze and we cannot thank Doug enough for helping us find our dream home! Thank you Fazzini Group! I know several in the office pitched in as well. W... read more
