I’ve been a loyal client of Cassidy’s at this salon for over four years, but the service and care have declined significantly. My recent visit was deeply disappointing — I paid $350 (and left with wet hair) for uneven, over-toned colour. Though I booked and paid for full highlights, the entire underside of my hair was left untouched. I recently switched salons so I could stay with my hairdresser Kristin, and I am so grateful I did! She listens to everything I want and somehow always makes the vision a reality. 10/10 experience every time! The salon is clean, products are amazing, and staff is so friendly! Will definitely be returning to Fawn Collective.

First time i’ve left a salon with exactly what I wanted! Thank you so much Abigail M for taking the time to do my hair, you did an amazing job. I love that you talked me through the process, showed me the colour choices, and explained what you were doing and how it would all blend together in the end. 10/10 salon, and i will definitely be returning!
