I HIGHLY recommend Kathy if you are looking for a realtor. If you want someone that will fight for you, then she is the right person. She helped me find my dream home in Hoschton after moving to the area from DC. She was super patient, and helped not only answer all my questions but walked me through the entire purchasing process. We have bought three homes with Kathy and sold one. We lived in another state, and Kathy videotaped the homes we were interested in. Even during the Covid quarantine, when homes were selling in one day, Kathy continued to help us find the perfect home for us.
