Friendly staff, easy scheduling both telehealth or in-person, and Hilary is very knowledgeable in helping me investigate my chronic fatigue issues. They are well-versed in insurance management and out-of-pocket costs so nothing is a surprise. This has been a wonderful experience.
My symptoms started in 2016 , I eventually went to an allergy Dr. I was refered to a cancer specialist because my inflammation internally was off the charts . They did a pet scan and bone marrow biopsy , everything came back cancer free and they said we don’t know what is wrong. Fast forward to 2024 I made a appt w Dr Spencer and explained my symptoms and he ran a long list of test including alpha gal which I tested positive for. I have been symptom free for 6 months and can’t thank Dr Spencer enough.
Poor customer service and no up front caution about how much the expensive tests will cost.
I'm a 23-year-old former college athlete, I had been struggling, for close to a year with extreme fatigue and hopelessness, before I went to The Fatigue Center. Dr. Spencer is the man! Feeling much better. I thankfully feel like I can live life again for the first time in close to a year.
