Long overdue review...The Fat Snook is in our top restaurants here in Brevard and a guaranteed amazing experience each and every time. Well traveled friends of ours rate it as "in their top 5" in the US and I couldn't agree more. Locally sourced ingredients, creative menu options and an amazing wine selection. I dream of the scallop appetizer with bacon marmalade and banana polenta. It's one of the BEST dining options we have in town...and if you're lucky, Genevieve will be your server �
Top Top Shelf restaurant! Above & beyond your best of eateries... This is a fine dining experience. Huge selection of the best of wines and food extraordinary!! Add to that a staff that goes above & beyond... Who could ask for anything more?? This place is so phenomenal we cancelled our reservations at another restaurant the second night we were in town so we could come back! The first evening we were waited on by Denise. She was an absolute gem to have as our waitress and provided us detailed information on the specials, along with answers to our questions about the regular menu items and wine menu. Celebrated our anniversary and everything about the experience was outstanding. Our server was excellent and fun, our food was perfect in flavor and presentation and the atmosphere was warm and comfortable. If you haven't been, you must go!

Most amazing food EVER!!! From the starter (tamale) to the grouper to the desert (pear cake) the food was perfection! Went for our anniversary and the entire staff signed a hand made card and offered a special treat of homemade sorbet and mint oil. Can't wait to go back, best food in Brevard County
