We were seated by one of the owners. Had a female waitress didn't get her name. My older sister and I had a wonderful experience. service was excellent. To be able to accommodate during this new normal it was very pleasant. We have been coming to the restaurant for years and it felt good to have the same level of customer service. I will be back again. loved my Fat Lady burger cooked to perfection and my sister said the omelet with the potatoes were delicious.

I only have songs of praises for the Fat Lady! Whenever I am in the San Francisco Bay Area and have a craving for lamb, I head to Oakland's Jack London Square where the Fat Lady has the best lamb dishes that are beyond measure. Great food and service definitely I’m coming back
Great time. Food tasted great.
Besides the great tasting food and the ambiance at the Fat Lady’s restaurant, one of the best part I look forward to every year are the Halloween decorations. There is a different theme every year chosen by Patti. Last year was selected by Stephanie. Looking forward to 2020’s theme.
We first found The Fat Lady 2 or 3 years ago for a pre-New Years dinner. It was love at first sight. The atmosphere is great, the service is wonderful and the low staff turnover makes for a consistently good experience every time. My favorite item on the menu is the New York steak. The pork chop is a close second. Throw in the fried zucchini or a beet salad and it’s pure heaven Grateful that they’ve stayed open with a takeout menu, and happy to support an absolute favorite restaurant!
What can I say, the place has personality, charm and amazing food! The burgers are epic and the cocktails supreme.
