We just ordered curbside pickup from The Farmhouse at Jessup Farm. Oh man. It was delicious!! And seriously, we called as we were driving up, someone came out with our bags of food (he was wearing gloves), and we were on our way home. The fried chicken was DELICIOUS as was, well, everything. If you are looking for ways to support local businesses, this is one to support. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Loved the ambiance of the place but the food was mediocre at best. Out of four entrees nobody was excited about their meal after the first bite because it was super bland and lacked that comfort food feeling we were looking for. We ordered the fried chicken, Mac & cheese, braised pork shank and the shrimp and andoule sausage grits. All lacked the flavor punch of a high-end meal and all were pricey. We did however enjoy the appetizers and the cocktails. They were delicious and nicely done. The staff and service was excellent.
We hosted a luncheon for 30 local business women at The Farmhouse and the staff, food, atmosphere were all top notch! I cannot recommend this place enough. Every time I have been there it truly is amazing! I do have to do a big shout out to our server Hayden. He was on top of everything for our event! Thank you again!
We were in to celebrate a birthday and couldn't be happier with the location we chose! Great atmosphere, drinks, food and dessert. Our server Ben gets 5 stars from our whole group! (We hope to run into you at some shows, Ben!) And the truffle brussel sprouts.. wow!! best I have ever had! We will definitely be returning and recommending this restaurant!
Brunch was very good although somewhat limited in choice. Acoustics are bad if anyone in group has hearing issues. Coffee was okay. Service was friendly. Call the DAY BEFORE for reservations.
If you're into the 'urban farm' scene, then this is a must visit establishment. I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Farmhouse and was blown away by how adorable this restaurant is with it's rugged interior at a home over 100-years-old! Besides the inspiring interior, the service (Thank You, Tony, Steven and Joel) was superior, moreover, the food was top-notch. Take a group, book parties or have an intimate lunch with your BFF. Whatever you do, just go!
Katherine Ann, one of the experienced servers, both charismatic & professional, made sure our birthday celebration, complete with cocktails, near-perfection Brussels sprouts, and Erykah Badu thumping beats, was a happy family evening under the stars. Great job, Katherine and the staff at The Farmhouse at Jessup Farms. We will be back soon.
Best beet salad...first time...beautiful cozy farmhouse decor...many things in the menu I’d like to try!
