Beautiful backyard, with plenty of room for the owners and whoever they deem fit to come ENJOY your event w/you. Came to a private event held here, they had their so-called security, and random people dressed in regular clothes, not guests of the event, eating and drinking as if they were actual guests. They showed no respect to the private event and to us. I hope they learn how to practice better business ethics and apply it to their system. Shameful how they showed their true colors.
With the new housing development next door, it doesn’t look appealing to celebrate an important gathering. The additional fence added along the fence line along the neighborhood were poorly assembled as you can see the misaligned pickets. The amount of noise from the neighborhood clearly affects the special moment you are enduring. After a quick walk through, that was my very noticeable complaint about the venue. As much as everyone would like their event to be private, this has come to be one that is too close for comfort

Best place in Fresno… Birthday Party, Wedding, Family Reunion, and all…. Lots of Shades, full of green trees, seating area, so refreshing
