I just moved in 2 months ago. The apartments look really nice and updated. Keyword is looks really nice. You can tell the renovations were done in a hurry. Almost all of the fixtures are crooked and loose. Including the fireplace mantle, all of the outlet plugs, the faucets, you name it. My second bathroom no longer produces hot water. The blinds on the sliding glass door are broken, I can no longer open or close them. There's cracks in the windows, cracks in the walls. I love living here. Cameo the property manager is outstanding and is super willing to work with you. Couldn't ask for a better manager. And the apartments are quiet. Very safe. Theres so more more I could say. KEEP IT UP FARM APARTMENTS!!!!
The Farm Apartments run a strict establishment here. Building and ground's are kept very clean. I've never had a problem with maintenance not fixing stuff for me except when my dog won't let them in. However the owners have some ridiculous rules .
I recently renewed my lease. My unit stands out as a good value relative to the local market. Further, what truly sets The Farm apart is the attention to detail and professionalism from Cameo and the maintenance staff.
