We have been at The Farms Apartments for about a year, and so far, we have had nothing but a great experience. We’ve only had a handful of minor issues within our unit, and management has always been incredibly quick to find a solution. I especially want to appreciate Ryan, the maintenance team, and the HVAC company they partner with for being so fast and accommodating when our AC went down. Parking is terrible, if you have a life prepare to have to park on the other side of the lot. Also since theres no assigned parking or anything now people are taking up already scarce spots to drive 100ft to the pool lmao. I know management reads these as they contacted me about the last one, so if you do... perhaps think about assigned parking spots. Theres a reason apartment complexes do that.
I signed up for a tour at the Farm at Taylor Mill. Someone from there sent me a text asking if we could reschedule. So we rescheduled for Saturday at 1pm. When I arrived early, no one was there at the clubhouse or leasing office. I texted the person that I was there but received no response. I also called the number but the person on the line did not seem to understand what was going on and suggested to wait a few more minutes for someone to show. I just moved in 2 months ago. The apartments look really nice and updated. Keyword is looks really nice. You can tell the renovations were done in a hurry. Almost all of the fixtures are crooked and loose. Including the fireplace mantle, all of the outlet plugs, the faucets, you name it. My second bathroom no longer produces hot water. The blinds on the sliding glass door are broken, I can no longer open or close them. There's cracks in the windows, cracks in the walls.
