RecommendedNot only do you feel a sense of comfort as you walk through the door, the service is wonderful and the food is even better! The owners are in the kitchen and on the floor! I love knowing that the people in charge are around and making sure their shop is run well ❤️ If you haven’t been here yet, you are missing out!! I frequent as much as I can and will continue to! We held a rehearsal dinner at Farm Bistro on Friday, July 24. From the first phone call to several emails, Chef Geno and Tanya were so kind and accommodating. The dinner itself was simply wonderful. It was very obvious that Chef Geno loves what he does and is very good at it. We had 39 people in our party and I didn’t hear a single negative comment but did hear dozens of compliments. The lemon cheesecake was the best cheesecake I have ever eaten. It is worth a visit by itself.
A great farm-to-table establishment. The cooks are wonderful and the food is to die for. I will visit this place every time I'm in Cortez!

An amazing Yak burger. Great food, awesome ambiance, and the owner and all the staff are extremely attentive.
Friendly, speed service but no pressare. Lovely and peacefully.
Avery and I stopped by on our way out to Zion National park and were blown away by the quality of the food. I got the farm salad and it was great. Avery got a pita bread sandwich and she says it was “very good.” Would come back to Cortez for The Farm Bistro.
