In 1942, our grandfather Owen Faricy started a small dealership in Pueblo, Colorado, and since then we have represented dozens of brands over the years, including the Ford brand right here in Salida. Brought in my f250 for a recall and oil change and fuel filters. I asked the service tech to put in 5w40 instead of 10w30 because of the climate where I live. He showed me the price of what everything would cost and I agreed. I get a phone call later with him saying he didn’t know there were two fuel filters on my truck and that it would cost more. ASK FOR JASMINE… awesome experience from start to finish on a new f150 tremor. Jasmine (who you’re going to ask for, remember?) found me the exact model and options I wanted AND In black which was not an easy task. She searched high and low to find the exact truck I wanted and had it here in no time at all. Buying the multiple vehicles we've purchased has been great but the service department has been up and down. I wouldn't be against buying another vehicle from here but will never again use the service department past my existing contract.
Sergei was so easy to work with and was super-responsive to all of our questions, both over email and in person. We never felt pressure at any point in the process and it seemed that he was genuinely interested in helping us whether or not we decided to make the purchase.
