In 1942, our grandfather Owen Faricy started a small dealership in Pueblo, Colorado, and since then we have represented dozens of brands over the years, including the Ford brand right here in Salida. UPDATE!! Brandon came through for us. He connected us with Jasmine. Jasmine hit it out of the park. She listened to our concerns and took them seriously. She made sure everything about the purchase was ready when we arrived today. She was busy covering for someone else and handed us off to Sergey (I hope I spelled that correctly). Terrible service. Taken truck in several times for the same fix never gets fixed. My warranty had me take it there. This time another thousand dollars they tell you three hours from 8am, then it’s the next morning still nothing now looks like it will be yet another day. Take nothing to these people or buy anything from them. Pure lies is what you can expect and will get from them.
This review is in reference to sales. We drove an hour and half to look at a vehicle. Now it’s 3:30 when we arrived and the dealer closed at 5:00. So there was a bit of a time crunch. We were going to trade a 2 y/o very low mileage vehicle. As we drove up, we saw what turned out to be our sales person. My wife said “hope that’s not the guy. Great service in the Parts Department!!! Harlan and Quinn were very helpful. Harlan ordered some accessories for our newly acquired 2023 Chevrolet Suburban and was willing to be patient, helping us "figure out" several items with our Suburban since it was all new to us.
