Linda changed my life. About 18mo ago I went to an information session at FARE which led me to trying 6 or 7 sessions of hypnosis last summer for insomnia. Ultimately it wasn't about the insomnia, it was about noticing how and understanding why I react certain ways. Wow, I cannot say how good Linda is. I came in to see if I can become an even higher performer in many areas of life and our first session was amazing. Hypnosis should be considered more of a first treatment, not a last resort!
