I made an appointment here online last week I booked it for 7:00pm it is now 7:54 I checked in on the machine no one was at the front desk. At this point I am not even sure they know I’m here. I tapped on the widow and I knocked on the door. I could here a woman and man speaking on the other end of the glass door. What a waste of time. Come on guys! I booked the appointment, it’s so unprofessional. Just tell me y’all want me to leave. I could have really used some help today.
