I am so livid with Luis Lopez it takes for ever to wait for a scheduled appointment I took off work caught a Uber to wait 1hr and a half to never get called back absolutely not that is what a appointment is for to be seen on time I was never seen I walked out and I'm going to have to get a new primary care physician BTW I was a new patient.
Rudest receptionist ever!!! Literally sitting on the phone arguing with me telling me I have to come in because SHE can't find my file. Found the correct one then ask me if I came call back because she has 6 other calls on hold. Like really!???? Changing my dr asap, because that's totally unacceptable.
