poor professional service as far as the receptionists. I was told that one of the clerks was offended when I complained about the wait time of the office answering a call, so I was told that receptionist were hard to find so I was told that they will no longer be seeing patients who complain in any capacity to the clerks.
I moved to an office with ten times better patient care. I don’t have to call multiple times before getting ahold of someone on the phone and I no longer wait hours in the office to see the doctor for a routine scheduled appointment. I liked the physician I saw here for decades but unfortunately good bedside manner was it. Every other aspect of patient care was a nightmare and now that I’ve changed to a different office I realize just how ridiculous it was at the Family Practice Center. RecommendedDr. Gonzales is hands down the very best doctor we have ever had. My whole family sees him. I trust him 100% with my kids' lives. He actually cares and takes the time to listen and explain. He is very thorough and knows his stuff. All the women that work there, from the front desk all the way to check out, are also very kind and compassionate. We will never go anywhere else❤
Dr Stewart knew I was going throug a hard time. Divorces take their toll on you. I won't say what he did but I will say the kindness and compassion he showed me I will never forget! I don't think he realized how much of a blessing it was.! God Bless your kind heart!
I JUST WANT THE WORLD TO KNOW THIS PLACE IS BOUGUS!!!!! NOT ONCE BUT TWICE HAVE THEY BEEN OUT OF THEIR PLACE. MY DOCTOR IS THE GREATEST AND I HAVE LOTS OF ISSUES HE HELPS ME WITH.
