I miss my NP so much, there are times I cry. The Staff was very caring and it felt like family there. I keep my rocks and sometimes pray Darragh would call just to say hi, how are you. I left there to take care of my Mom and then to come to MD where I was told over and over University of MD or Hopkins may be able to you (that has not been the case) My mom passed and again I wanted to call My doctor at The Family Practice. My family and I have been going to this office for the past 19 years, everyone is amazing. I have had personal experiences with most of the staff. They have been kind, thoughtful, caring and I always feel that my needs are being met. I never feel rushed during an appointment!
My actual doctor that I see here is amazing! I have no issue with her it’s a shame that the office staff are the ones responsible for my dissatisfaction. I’ve been going back and forth with the receptionist about scheduling an appointment for weeks. I have been hung up on by the receptionist. As well as when I was finally able to speak to someone to schedule an appoint Friday October 4th. They had scheduled me for an appointment for a day that had already passed and when I called to see if this was a mistake it seemed like s... read more
Dr. Mitchell and her team are among the best doctors that I've ever had. They go out of their way to be helpful and make sure that all of your questions are answered. I've been going to this practice for quite a while and have always been extremely pleased. I saw Dr Safford at this location before he retired and also want to mention that he was an amazing doctor as well.
