Quality lacking for being the price they were. Promised a one stop shop left with work to do. - Bid higher than anyone else but promised a one stop shop. -Multiple trips back with screws and nails left on site all over driveway. Told site was clear ( with 2 return trips being done ) child and dog stepped on rusty nails post 2nd trip resulting in 3rd trip out. We had Zach and his team erect a gazebo to cover our swim spa. They did a wonderful, careful job under difficult conditions. We appreciated their attention to details and craftsmanship.
We had a great experience !! Zach and team were very understanding of our needs and budget, they worked hard and thouroughly to make sure our home was ready and on time for us to move in and love it, everyone on the team was dedicated and professional, we will definetly keep them in mind for a future project
The Family Man Team, Zach and Brandon, worked hard to provide us the most thorough quote on our proposed House Addition. We decided not to pursue this project in the end for our own financial reasons, but we are still thoroughly impressed by their extra effort in determining electrical, plumbing, and the requirements for our upgrade. We highly recommend them for their thorough work, and will approach them again for future projects.
Unfortunately my experience with the team was far different from the other google reviews as I couldn't even seem to coordinate a quote from the team. We had a conversation on July 16th, 2024 to discuss scope and next steps. Dimensions were confirmed and photos were shared. Quotes should take no more than a week, however received a request for more information two weeks later!
