They did a great job on my floor. Jose showed up the same day I called him and his crew did the job the same week, very quick. They were prompt, professional, and clean. I would definitely use them again. I expected dust from sanding, but the sanding equipment had vacuum bags on it and the dust was surprisingly almost non-existent. Very neat and clean process. The price was very reasonable, but most importantly, they kept their word in regards to price and scheduling.
There are many things I can say about the folks at The Family Floors. First, I would highly recommend this company and will use them again when needed. WOW, what a terrific result! My home is very active with animals, children and many visitors over the years. Our hard wood floors were impacted with pet messes, children playing and jumping, furniture being shoved and pushed around after loosing the protective padding; lots of scratches and gouges the result.
