Great staff
Nurse Dufrene’s office is completely unhelpful and dismissive. Called over 10 times because they submitted the incorrect prescription to my insurance which was denied. “Office Manager” April only responds on messages to tell you she cancelled your video appt for a in person. Phone operator or whatever they’re called was dismissive and talked over you the entire time. Stick to booking actual Physicians. Don’t waste your time. Especially if you’re a POC.
