Front desk staff rude and unprofessional
If you’re looking for a doctor with a caring and compassionate staff, The Family Doctor is the place to go. I highly recommend them. Thanks Melissa and Keisha for all your help.
Never go here. It was ok before Dr. Bautista left, but now it's a crap show. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to it. The people don't care about you and would rather you go elsewhere because all they care about is getting a paycheck and watching the clock. I literally was turned away because it was past 4 even though I called them and told them that we wouldn't make it to her 3:20 appt., and called them to tell them we wouldn't make it until around 4 they said fine and I got there at 4:02 only to be told to reschedule. I recommend this office, I’ve been here twice and they have always been very professional. The Dr’s are also very good, and listen to my concerns.
