Absolutely stellar service from the moment you walk in and beyond. Staff is extremely kind and helpful. You can immediately tell it is a welcoming, clean and pleasant environment. Ivy, the dental hygienist, saw me in the morning & my 9 year old daughter in the afternoon. Dr. Ron O’Neal and his team are truly exceptional! From the moment you walk in, the office is inviting, spotless, and the staff is incredibly friendly and professional. Unfortunately this practice does the "new patient scam" where they tell you your teeth are a mess and you need several procedures to fix it. In my case they told me I needed 4 crowns totaling over $6000. I didn't believe them at all, as this wouldn't be the first time a new dentist claimed I needed all kinds of work. I called my former dentist in NJ a family friend, who last saw me. He took a look at my xrays and told me that was outrageous and I didn't need any of that.
