A professional and personable dentist practice where staff really care, and go over and beyond to treat, support, educate; and genuinely care for their patients. I cannot thank Timothy, Kerry, Louise and Malia (god I hope I spelt it right) enough, from start of my treatment to the end the team have been nothing but professional and supportive. Being a nervous person around dentists they have really made me feel comfortable and excited to come in. I recently used the services of The Family Dental, Caboolture and found them to be extremely professional, friendly and courteous. Nothing was too much trouble, and the level of service was exceptional. I would highly recommend to any potential patient, and look forward to using their services again at some point in the future.
Dr Timothy is always happy to educate me on how to take care of my teeth and gums. This dentist doesn't just do cleanings and procedures he educates his clients on how to look after themselves. I have recommended this dentist to friends and family. One friend used to have a phobia of the dentist and doesn't anymore because of how gentle and warm the staff are. Highly recommend this practice.
