I have nothing but high praise and respect for the two therapists I have seen at The Family Connection. I have zero respect for the business side. They used my credit card without authorization in the fall. They claimed they could not refund the money (I have two insurance companies who were paying) until my account showed a zero balance. I scheduled an appointment as a new client in October, they didn’t have availability until January. So scheduled anyways. When January came I had my first session only to find out the counselor didn’t have any availability. She said she’d get back to me on that and never did. What a waste of both our time. If I knew that I wouldn’t have scheduled an appointment here.
