I’ve been coming to The Family Center for over two years now. I’ve had two different therapists and they have both been extremely kind and helpful. Their admin team is great as well, they respond fast and it’s easy to schedule appointments.
Family Center of Maine (Saco) has been such a highlight of our family’s week. We've learned so much from our patient and insightful counselor.
My family has been with The Family Center for about 3 years. We have had such an amazing experience. The clinicians are thoughtful and very knowledgable. The connections my girls have made with their therapists are connections that I am so grateful for! Growing up is hard, and we have tools to make it a little easier. I recommend The Family Center to everyone!!
I can’t say enough good things about The Family Center of Maine. My family of four have all had consistently positive experiences over the years, including couples counseling and individual care for each of my two kids. All of the therapists have been fantastic. Family Center also takes Community Health Options insurance, which was an absolute necessity for us. They have offices all around southern Maine which makes them super accessible, and the admin team is friendly, helpful, and flexible. A fantastic practice all around.
I like that this place doesn’t feel overly clinical. It feels more like a conversation than anything else. My therapist has helped me connect patterns in my behavior that I hadn’t really noticed before. Some weeks feel more productive than others, but overall it’s been a good experience.
