I like that this place doesn’t feel overly clinical. It feels more like a conversation than anything else. My therapist has helped me connect patterns in my behavior that I hadn’t really noticed before. Some weeks feel more productive than others, but overall it’s been a good experience.
So convenient! this is right next door to our daycare. Both our kids go here right after pickup which has been so great with the after work/school madness.

What an amazing facility! We used to go to the old Scarborough office which we loved, but this place deserves 10 stars.
We brought our son here after his teacher suggested he might benefit from talking to someone and recommended this family center. He was having a hard time managing emotions and getting frustrated easily. At first he didn’t want to go at all and would shut down during sessions. His therapist (Lucy) was really patient and didn’t push too hard, which I appreciated. After a few weeks, he started engaging more, and now we’re seeing a difference at home too. He still has his moments, but it’s been a big improvement overall.
