The management here has been a disaster from day one. For the first three months of our tenancy, our AC unit was broken. We submitted multiple service requests and followed up repeatedly, all while living in uncomfortable heat. It took a full three months before they finally provided a working unit. This place really deserves five stars! I chose this complex because I love the area in general. I loved that the complex itself is surrounded by trees and nature, and the location is convenient to work in Downtown Atlanta and the places I frequent. So far, I’ve had a great experience, quick response to maintenance requests, the apartment is in great condition, especially in an older complex, and I appreciate the diversity and different walks of life of the community that lives here. Our experience has been absolutely amazing. Dez is literally the best for all of our leasing needs and questions. She even stayed a little later on the day of move-in so we could grab our keys! In love with our unit !
