I can only speak on the application process and the way I was treated during it. Some facts to know when applying is some of the apartments listed as available are not. Management knows this, and the website will allow you to put in a $100 application, set a move-in date, let that date lapse, and then push it back. This was the problem I think that happened with me. Ap really helps for maintenance requests at any hour. Just wish they updated the maintenance requests with what they found and repairs going on, rather than just saying solved and deleted. Prompt responses for requests made is very reassuring.
Considering it's my fifth flood , I should've at least got a dehumidifier. Instead of a simple blower fan. Pt. 2 i'm now into my sixth flood. Went in and talked to assistant manager over a month ago. After our meeting. He said he would set up a meeting to come see apartment and call me following Monday. That never happened. The area is nice; let me start there. But there are many issues with the unit I’m currently in. For starters, the main door looks like someone tried to kick it in before my arrival. Where the locking mechanism is located on the door, it’s completely broken. The door is pretty much split into two parts. I sent a maintenance request, and all they did was put a nail in the locking mechanism.
