We just moved in and the process was long but rewarding! Dez was amazing and also very patient with me and my husband. She definitely went above and beyond to help us with this process and make it as smooth as possible.

So, I wrote a review based on the delay in the process. Turns out it was justified. My folder was humongous. I really appreciate Ms. Tonia and her hard work in this process. I believe she is due all the respect because she really worked hard on my application. Yes, it took a while, but it was worth the wait, and I can understand now why it took the time that it did.
