Just finished the application process, Tonia was incredible. We started applying for a 2 bed 1.5 bath and came up to talk about a website issue we had and while we were there she found us a 2 bed 2 bath for less money! She has a great attitude. There is a lot of beautiful nature in this complex, especially for the area. Looking forward to living here :)

To start with, I do love the area and sense of community. Can run errands easily and find well reviewed care providers for myself and my child. BUT my apartment recently flooded end of June. I would say that the apartment did place a large fan in and come back a week later to clean the carpet. Even tho this was done on their own accord, they denied any responsibility. Beautiful community. Honestly a reasonable price for how much you get from the apartment and the amenities. Tania was really helpful when I was applying for my apartment and she made sure that it went through as soon as possible.
Did a tour with Mrs. Tonia Stocker, she was very informative and friendly. Responded to all my questions professionally and nicely. Enjoyed the tour with her
