I’ve had a wonderful experience living at The Falls. My apartment is spacious, comfortable, and very well designed. The kitchen appliances and laundry equipment are modern and work perfectly, which makes everyday life much easier. Whenever any issues arise, they are resolved very quickly, and communication with the office has always been clear, friendly, and professional. I don’t recommend living here. My personal experience has been a very frustrating & stressful time. My health has been jeopardized. Uninhabitable living conditions/toxic mold infested apartment. The outside grounds are nice. Gross
