Barbara was very helpful in getting me into my apartment. Very nice, helpful and sweet. If anyone is looking for a place to stay come down and ask for Barbara she will be glad to assist you.
Barbara in the front office is by far the best we’ve ever had here for the last 9years that I’ve lived here! While The Falls apartments ownership has done a great job and cleaning up all the landscape, and painting, road repair, etc… Barbara has made the front office a place that feels Welcoming, Peaceful, and a place to actually look forward to go to pay rent or ask questions. Between Barb in the front office and the new ownership that took over several years ago, I would recommend living here!
Miss Barbara provided exceptional support and went above and beyond to help me through my situation. I sincerely appreciate her dedication and compassion she’s a true asset, and we need more people like her.
I had an absolutely amazing experience with the apartment office, and I have to give a huge shoutout to the wonderful Cuban lady who helped me throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable, informed, and taken care of.
