Stephanie and Joanne SAVED US. We needed to move out of our last place in a pinch and they were so intentional with helping us secure our apartment here without any stress! They were on top of it and approved us so quickly; calling us with updates and we were able to move in on time. Beyond thankful for their patience and serving attitude- you can tell they care about their residents!
We lived here for 2.5 years & had a really positive experience. We felt rent prices were more than fair for the location/size of apartment, and had minimal issues throughout the duration of our time here. Our (very few) maintenance requests were resolved quickly. The only concerns were tolerable: 1) parking was limited, especially on our side of the complex. 2) Near impossible to get ahold of anyone at the property management level, which was necessary during one of our lease renewals when management neglected to send our re... read more

This place is a home. I love the environment, the apartment and the leasing agents. Joanne was the best. If you are looking for your new place, you should definitely speak with Joanne she will do everything she can to help. My move was the best experience I have had. Thank you Fairways at San Marcos. I would 100% recommend this place 💙
