⭐⭐ I’ve lived at this apartment complex since March 2026, and up until recently, I genuinely enjoyed living here. Unfortunately, the way my ongoing hot water issue has been handled has completely changed my experience. I have been dealing with inconsistent/lack of hot water since August 14th, particularly during the early morning hours when I normally shower around 5 AM. Amazing staff and well kept location with friendly residents and plenty of amenities.
Be prepared to pay for valet trash service that never comes, smart home service that doesn’t work. To have management that can’t even do the basics. To never be able to get someone on the call. For the area manager to be complete rude and not helpful. Oh and for them to mess up your ledger multiple times and not take accountability.
