Excellent place
We’ve been living here for about 7 months now and honestly there are no serious complaints. The neighbors are quiet and it has been pretty safe so far. I love the upgraded units as well. Nice touch. I’ve had a few hiccups but they are usually resolved fairly quickly. Overall, it is a great place to live, so far.
If I could give no stars I would. I lived in Renew Braelinn for 10 months. I signed a 10 months lease. My apartment was left in excellent condition. I cleaned that apt from top to bottom the day before I turned my keys in. Less than 30 days laters I’m emailed a bill for cleaning fees etc… So basically they kept my security deposit. To top it off they didn’t charge me May’s full month rent so that was included in the balance that I owe them. The leasing agent stated it was a mistake. We have been happy residents since 2018. I can honestly say that we have nothing negative to say about the staff or residents. The maintenance-supervisor Chris has always gone far and above to provide the best customer service and maintenance necessary. The apartment homes are pretty nice and very convenient. We particularly chose these apartment homes because they were affordable while offering access to 2 of the best schools in the county. Renew Braelinn is a good place to live with good neighborhood and all necessary amenities in the community. Most of the Shopping place such as kroger or walmart are near by.
