No ac for 28 days this summer. We weren't offered a portable unit. Once it hits 89 degrees inside, we rented a portable unit. We also bought additional black out curtains and fans when our ac failed a 2nd time. After the 4th fail, and waiting over 2 weeks, we have temp cooling.
