Hire new management cause the currents ones suck!!! 😂😂 They don't care about their residents, they evict you for the stupidest reasons, and all they care about is money. Worst year of my life living there! 😂
filthy conditions in the buildings, dog feces everywhere outside, thin walls, my building had issues with the fire alarms that weren't fixed in the 2 years we lived there, old pipes burst and destroyed the floor below us, washing machines were disgusting and often out of order and it's EXTREMELY OVERPRICED. the condition and location of this place compared to the rent is absolutely laughable. If you're thinking of living here KEEP LOOKING.
Oh boy this place is a shitshow.
all I ever hear about is people getting their cars broken into and thefts taking place on these properties. have they done anything to improve the security of their facilities (wouldn't cost more than 1/10 of the rent from 1 month from 1 building on their campus)... nope.
Every week there is news coming out from there of theft and they are not doing anything to protect their tenants. The time is now for the community to come together to seek action.
I lived here a lttle less than a year. I had to move out early due to a pipe breakage. I was on the bottom floor. Mold and mildew caused my daughter and i to stay with friends for a month because it effected my daughters asthma. They wouldnt let me out of my lease a month early. Wanted to move me into a different apartment in a different building. Made no sense as i was moving at the end of my lease anyway. Theyve submitted it to collections. We've been here going on 5 yrs, and really enjoy living here. The staff here bends over backwards to accommodate our needs. Groundskeeping and maintenance is great all year round, the administrative staff has been warm and efficient. Just a great living experience all around.
