This apartment complex has rats and mice problems. The pitter patter in the walls is blatant. They constantly spend money to make the complex look appealing. If anything breaks down good luck with getting an appropriate response from them. If it’s 104 degrees outside good luck because the AC unit breaks and they give you a window unit that barely cools 200 sqft. Avoid at all caution rent at your own will. Inflated rent pricing in return you get diddly squat.
Keep in mind that there are some fees you will have to pay that are not in any advertising I've seen. So be prepared to pay a little over $85+, in convenience fee and possibly some other fee. I think they should just include it all in the rent, not separately, so you know ahead of time, not just the reduced price and not then "other fees" Other than that seem like a nice place.
My husband and I moved in here maybe about three years ago, and honestly, we cannot wait until we have enough money to move out.

We're not currently living here but hope to sometime in April. Jonathan gave us a wonderful tour of a 1 bedroom apartment today and he was very kind and insightful answering all of our questions. The apartment itself was very spacious, hardwood floors, many closets for storage and they're pet friendly! Update we did end up moving in and it's been fantastic.
