I recently moved in about a week ago, and so far I've had a wonderful experience. The front office receptionists and staff have all been incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful from day one. I also had to call maintenance to turn on my stove, and I was amazed that the maintenance technician arrived within just two minutes. He was very professional, friendly, and fixed the issue quickly. I have been living at Fairways for 9 years now and I’m not going to say it’s always been perfect but my experience has definitely been above average whether dealing with the rental office or the maintenance staff. The most recent renovations that were done were handled exceptionally well with up to date communication throughout the process. After being with the Fairways for multiple years it’s going to be a bittersweet goodbye. Michelle from leasing has always been a pleasure to work with. Kevin, Tom, and the entire maintenance team have always gone out of their way and at all times of the day to help when anything is needed. Living here has been great and neighbors are so nice. This apartment complex has rats and mice problems. The pitter patter in the walls is blatant. They constantly spend money to make the complex look appealing. If anything breaks down good luck with getting an appropriate response from them. If it’s 104 degrees outside good luck because the AC unit breaks and they give you a window unit that barely cools 200 sqft. Avoid at all caution rent at your own will. Inflated rent pricing in return you get diddly squat.
