I wanted to give compliments to the Fairways Apts. We have lived here 18 yrs. Our apartment needed an upgrade. We had our carpet replaced in bedroom and living rooms. Our kitchen got new flooring as well as the bathroom and hallway. This could not have been possible if not for Kim the manager,Michelle, and Jamie!!! They are always extremely helpful!!!! I lived at Fairways for 2 years and was a wonderful experience as a first time renter. My apartment was spacious and had washer and dryer. If there was ever an issue, maintenance would fix the problem within the day or next day. Everyone in the neighborhood is courteous and it is quiet. As a single girl, I felt safe walking my dog at night. Definitely recommend anyone to live here.
I wanted to share my experience and thanks to Jamie who helped me in a time of need !! She is fantastic and so kind I couldn’t have helped my self in the situation I was in . She is a fantastic lady who greets you at the front desk!!
I lived here 20 years ago, and I'm glad to be back. The complex is well kept , neighbors are great, amenities are plenty , spacious apartments, really nice office staff and the maintenance crew are awesome , I have never waited more then 12 - 24 hrs for any repairs they always come right away. So happy to call Fairways my home
