I lived at Fairways for 2 years and was a wonderful experience as a first time renter. My apartment was spacious and had washer and dryer. If there was ever an issue, maintenance would fix the problem within the day or next day. Everyone in the neighborhood is courteous and it is quiet. As a single girl, I felt safe walking my dog at night. Definitely recommend anyone to live here.
I wanted to share my experience and thanks to Jamie who helped me in a time of need !! She is fantastic and so kind I couldn’t have helped my self in the situation I was in . She is a fantastic lady who greets you at the front desk!!
I lived here 20 years ago, and I'm glad to be back. The complex is well kept , neighbors are great, amenities are plenty , spacious apartments, really nice office staff and the maintenance crew are awesome , I have never waited more then 12 - 24 hrs for any repairs they always come right away. So happy to call Fairways my home
I wanted to say what good work and how professional and kind Elvis and Miki were when they came to do repairs at our apartment U5 !!! They are fantastic gentleman they know everything!!! Thank you !! Fairways is a fabulous place to live and we are so happy
I lived here from spring 2020 through summer of 2024. The unit sizes are great, and the neighborhood is kept in pretty good shape. The rent prices are lower than most other places in the area as well. I wouldn't recommend renting here though as the property manager is a criminal. One of the residents has a petition with several hundred signatures from residents seeking protection against the excessive yearly price increases.
