I wanted to say what good work and how professional and kind Elvis and Miki were when they came to do repairs at our apartment U5 !!! They are fantastic gentleman they know everything!!! Thank you !! Fairways is a fabulous place to live and we are so happy
I lived here from spring 2020 through summer of 2024. The unit sizes are great, and the neighborhood is kept in pretty good shape. The rent prices are lower than most other places in the area as well. I wouldn't recommend renting here though as the property manager is a criminal. One of the residents has a petition with several hundred signatures from residents seeking protection against the excessive yearly price increases. We have lived here at Fairways for about16yrs. We love living here and were blessed to be referred here! We couldn’t be more pleased and thankful with everything about Fairways!! The complex provide a beautiful swimming pool, exercise facilities, including children friendly and adult activities! The Pickle Ball / tennis courts are fabulous! The manager Kim is fantastic and is always available to residents to help in any way possible! I have lived here 41 years now. I first moved in January 1983. I was 29 years old. Now I am retired at 70 years old. To make my point in a few words, this place is the best in South Jersey! From the Office Manger Kim and ALL the Office staff to the Head Maintenance Mike and all the Maintenance staff!
