The area is convenient with local markets and Fast food restaurants to eat on those hot lazy days. Office Personnel changes a lot hopefully they have some stay permanent. Shekanah is the Manager and she has always been a pleasure to speak with. Hopefully she stays around for a while. Maintenance is always around and available to assist especially in emergency situations. Alright place to live. When you treat people with dignity you get somewhere. Fairways apartments….. No roaches or mice’s or bugs I’m a very clean person and we have to maintain it . it’s our responsibility to keep our units and home clean and your live like me In peace with no worries. We have a dumpster and close the doors from it so bugs or flies don’t invade our homes and truck service picks up almost every day …. If tenants throw trash n foods out the trashes off course. We have a huge mouse issue my son don’t even wanna be here anymore and before that it was the roaches neighbors don’t clean up after their dogs there’s dog poop all through the parking lots and the fields where the kids play. It’s ridiculous. Nothing is being done about these issues. They come and stay one part of the house give sticky traps that don’t work. Currently looking for a house.
Do not move here don’t apply for this apartment the landlord are lazy and the place is a catfish they try to evict me, but I won the case . The maintenance here is very horrible I can’t wait to move to my new place . The customer service is trash I wish my mom never told me about moving here . They also have a lot of hidden fee make sure u look at the rent they charging u . They are very unprofessional and always in someone business.
