Recommendedit is a quiet,comfortable and convenient place. All the people are very nice.
I lived in the Fairway Apartments for 3 years and had a wonderful experience. The apartments are very nice with plenty of closet and floor space. I had very few maintenance issues (maybe 3 in the three years I had been there), but when I did, the maintenance workers had always fixed the issue quickly. Pet-friendly, a lovely pool space, and a useful fitness center. I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone!
The best experience ever!
Definitely WATCH OUT! Unit was not cleaned when we showed up, pet hair everywhere. A/C did not work, and we had fleas biting ankles. Then the water heater broke the next week. Promised compensation, but they "couldn't find it in their notes". Read lease very carefully before signing (a good practice anyway!). Make sure verbal promises match the lease BEFORE you sign.
Very friendly staff and management. Every time we have needed something they have been very prompt. Great place to live!
